Following up on our chat last week. I spoke to Priya Iyer on our partner team and she's keen to meet — she leads our infra/dev-tools cluster and has been watching the agent-OS space for a while. I can make the intro tomorrow if you're up for it. She'll want a 30-min call before the partner-meeting filter, and she strongly prefers reading something written before talking, so the canvas link you sent me already does most of the work.

One follow-up on the numbers: can you split the ARR breakdown by cohort (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr signups) rather than by plan tier? Priya's whole pattern is looking at retention curves by acquisition month — when she sees ARR-by-plan she basically ignores it. If you can get me a v2 of that slide by Friday end-of-day my time I can route it to her over the weekend and we'll be set up for a strong start to next week.

Last thing — I'm going to be in SF the week of 8 June. Could we block two days for back-to-back meetings? I want to take you through the building (Priya, the data-room people, and ideally one of our LPs who's been asking about agent infra). Tuesday and Wednesday work best on my side. Let me know what your availability looks like and I'll send invites.

Also — I haven't said it yet but the canvas-as-deck thing is really good. Half my partners spent Sunday clicking through it. That's not normal.
